However, if residents, relatives or visitors have a complaint at any time, they should in the first instance, contact the nurse in charge, or the manager - Barbara Ford within office hours. IF they remain unsatisfied, their complaint should be forwarded to Mr Rob Andrews who is the regional manager for Southdowns. A copy of our full complaints procedure is available on request.
