However, if residents, relatives or visitors have a complaint at any time, they should in the first instance, contact the Nurse in Charge, or the Manager - Rob Andrews, Home and Regional Manager, within office hours.

If they remain unsatisfied, their complaint should be forwarded to Mr D. Pay, Home Owner. A copy of our full complaints procedure is available on request.
